About Me

I became a therapist because I truly believe healing begins when people finally feel safe enough to be fully themselves without fear of judgment, shame, or having to hold everything together alone. So many people carry anxiety, grief, trauma, self-doubt, and emotional pain quietly while still trying to show up for everyone around them. I wanted to create a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, supported, and cared for in the middle of that.

My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, and deeply relational. I do not believe people are meant to heal in isolation or by simply pushing through. I believe therapy should feel human, compassionate, and emotionally safe while also helping you create meaningful change in your life. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and EMDR to help clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and feel more emotionally regulated and connected.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or unresolved trauma, my goal is to create a space where you can finally exhale and stop feeling like you have to carry everything on your own. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs and pace.
