About Me
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, and this work has always been more than just a career for me. It’s something I feel deeply called to do. I’ve always been drawn to understanding people and walking alongside them through difficult moments, helping them find clarity and strength along the way. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals during some of the hardest seasons of their lives, and that trust is something I never take lightly. I care deeply about the people I work with and believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, understood, and not alone. Being a therapist to me means showing up with honesty, presence, and compassion, and I feel honored to be part of each person’s healing and growth.
My Approach
I integrate EMDR along with CBT, DBT-informed strategies, attachment-based work, and nervous system regulation. This allows us to move beyond surface-level coping and actually process the experiences that continue to impact how you think, feel, and respond.
This work is not about fixing you. It is about helping you feel more steady, more clear, and more in control of your life and relationships.
Getting Help
Getting help isn’t about being broken, it’s about being human. Life brings storms we were never meant to weather alone, and sometimes the bravest thing we can do is reach out and say, “I need someone to walk with me.” Therapy offers space to be seen, heard, and understood without judgment. Together, we’ll explore the questions, the pain, and the patterns that shape your story, and gently uncover new ways to live with truth, courage, and compassion.
